Terms of Service

Not Evena Studio provides custom merchandise design and production services, including but not limited to:

• Custom printing on apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
• Custom accessories (tote bags, pins, magnets, etc.)
• Home & living products (mugs, pillows, etc.)
• Design consultation and assistance

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
• Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payment: Payment is required at the time of order placement. For large orders, a 50% deposit may be required with the balance due before shipping.
• Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply.

For custom orders, the following terms apply:

• Design Approval: You must approve a digital proof before production begins. Once approved, you cannot make changes to the design.
• Color Variations: Actual colors may vary from digital proofs due to monitor settings and printing processes. We cannot guarantee exact color matching.
• Intellectual Property: By submitting a design, you warrant that you own the rights to use it or have permission from the rights holder. You are responsible for ensuring your design does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
• Non-Returnable: Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly produced.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of our services

• Our Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
• Your Designs: You retain ownership of designs you submit. By submitting a design, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely for producing your order.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use our services to reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual property without permission from the rights holder.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Submit designs that are offensive, hateful, or inappropriate
• Interfere with the operation of our website or services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
