Returns & Refunds

At Not Evena Studio, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom merchandise. Due to the personalized nature of our products, our return policy differs from standard retail:

• Defective Items: If you receive a defective product or there's a printing error on our end, we'll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Wrong Items: If you receive items different from what you ordered, we'll send the correct items immediately and arrange return of the incorrect items at our expense.
• Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are correctly produced according to your approved design. This includes changes of mind, sizing issues, or design preferences after approval.

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis:

• Full Refunds: Issued for defective items, wrong items sent, or orders cancelled before production begins
• Partial Refunds: May be offered in certain situations at our discretion
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
• Store Credit: As an alternative to refunds, we can offer store credit for future orders
